Freelance Psychologist and psychotherapist in Seville (Spain)
I am working as a volunteer psychologist in a project called "Atención Psicológica a Bajo Coste" with the non-profit association Psicología Sin Fronteras - Andalucía.
Specialist officer in Public Agency for Employment of People with Disabilities (Ufficio Collocamento Mirato Disabili) at Provincia di Bergamo, Bergamo (Italy). My task was Job placement for disadvantaged people according to Italian Law 68/1999 "Regulations for the right to work of disabled people": Awareness-raising about disability issues; Contact, visits to firms, interviews and mediation with employers for the recognition of available jobs; Analysis of requirements/tasks for available job positions; Analysis of the required skills; Negotiating agreements between firms and the provincial institution; Detection and reporting of most suitable candidates for the identified positions; Participation at the evaluation of the Technical Committee; Participation at the Certification of Truthfulness about compliance with the Law 68/99 in order to participate in tenders for the award of public contracts.
Head of Training Department and Trainer at Studio ARES S.r.l., Bergamo (Italy). My tasks were: Organization, coordination and management of training activities; Management of relationships with trainers and professionals; Assessment of training needs of customers and organization of specific courses; Marketing and offers formulation; Instructor for the following courses: communication, risk perception and psycho-social occupational hazards (stress, bullying, burnout) in training courses for workers, managers and operators for prevention and safety protection at work; Collaboration with Employer Associations (Confindustria).
Psychologist at C.S.I., Bergamo (Italy). My task was giving psychological service support to prevent dropout in compulsory education. The project, called "Programma 2you - due volte ragazzi" and carried out in collaboration with the Ministry of Education, University and Research, aimed at preventing early high school dropout. The activities were initial screening interviews with young people in trouble reported by the Class Council, which was followed by individual personal projects. Monitoring individual school situations and planning personalized projects to re-motivate and support each student in the process of their studies and personal growth. The project also aimed to raise awareness about the use and abuse of alcohol and drugs, through a shared residential experience in the class, to promote the observation, analysis and understanding of the group dynamics. My specific job was managing and coordinating working groups and facilitating group dynamics within the project.
Freelance Teacher and Vocational Trainer for different organizations and institutions, private companies and employers' associations, teaching psychosocial subjects (e.g. effective communication, personal well-being, "the concept of Health", conflict management, negotiation and teamwork, stress management, time management, customer relations, sales techniques, customer care, risk prevention of occupational hazards, early career orientation) in employers' association courses, to private company personnel and for learning workers in vocational training courses.
Tutor at ANMIL - Onlus Agenzia per il Lavoro, Bergamo (Italy). National Association of Labour Invalids and Maimed (Associazione Nazionale Mutilati e Invalidi del Lavoro). My task was to give job support for workers with disabilities, and tutoring after recruitment aimed at maintaining and adapting the workplace.
Support Teacher at Scuola d'arte applicata Andrea Fantoni, Bergamo (Italy). My duties were: support activities for students with intellectual delay, in order to simplify the learning of main subjects, to stimulate and motivate their studies, establishing intermediate targets according to the Individualized Education Plan.
Trainer - Courses Coordinator - Recruiter at C.P.A. S.n.c. di Carrara Pietro Angelo & C., Bergamo (Italy). My tasks werw teaching in training courses for private companies' staff in the sanitary and educational field, with reference to topics such as effective communication and psycho-social subjects; Organization and management of training courses, mainly financed by the ESF or private sources, primarily aimed at health professionals (ECM accredited by the Ministry of Health); Coordination of teachers, promotion to corporate clients, preparation of teaching material and courses; Tutoring; Recruitment and selection of various kinds of professional profiles based on the requests of the client, through the use of psycho-tests and preparation of a summary report for each candidate selected and presented.

Practical traineeship for the Post-graduate Specialization School in Transcultural Psychotherapy at Associazione Shinui - Centro di consulenza sulla relazione, Bergamo (Italy). My duties were: Psychological support for adult foreigners with difficulties, through network and collaboration with social, educational and health services of the region; Research to monitor the offered services in the region in favor of foreign citizens; Participation in projects promoting "integration from below", through narrative workshops that allow the encounter between men and women, natives and migrants, to facilitate exchange, listening and mutual understanding.

information
I participate as a volunteer to a support group for women at risk for depression, in San Juan de Aznalfarache (Seville)
For several years I have offered my voluntary services at "La Melarancia ONLUS" - a volunteer based social association in Bergamo (Italy), which deals primarily with foreign women, victims of trafficking and forced prostitution.
I am also a founding member of "Psychologists for Human Rights", an Association of Social Promotion that works to spread a Human Rights and Fundamental Freedoms culture, through psycho-social workshops and training of operators who work in contexts of conflict.
I participated in voluntary summer work camps organized by Caritas for cooperation projects, for the construction of a dam and the accommodation of the school in a village in Meru region (Kenya).
